Best handbook for training
The media could not be loaded. Most useful not only for over 40.I read the book and learned how to do all the exercises described, then decided to have him follow me to improve even faster. the book and online coaching with Alessandro were my best investments of 2022

A Must-Have Fitness Guide !
For the longest time, I found exercising in the gym / using machines extremely intimidating and overwhelming. I tried to go with friends but nothing worked...Then, I came across this book on Amazon and (although I had rather low expectations) decided it couldn’t hurt to give it a try.
