Saved my impact from falls from trusses more than once, very sturdy, and the detachable clip is a game changer. Most lanyards I've seen don't have the clip but it makes it incredibly handy for tight spaces and quick detachment to easily hand off the tool if someone close to you needs it for a moment , like that one coworker who never has their pouches on

Slow down tools really well when dropped
The thing I find most impressive about these are just how well they “slow” a falling tool, the length of the elasticated portion is good, so it brings even heavier tools to a nice slower stop, which is great, and because it happens over a distance, there’s no sudden jerk on my belt.I like the fact that the straps are interwoven with light reflective strips, it adds a level of visibility when needed.The plastic buckle feels good, strong, it clips together very well, I’ve purposefully dropped (all 18V cordless)a drill, a circular saw, and a sander from head height, to test the buckle that holds the 2 parts together, just to put my mind at rest, and not once, did “Anything” give me pause for thought, quite the opposite, I just felt reassured that I can trust these when I need too.Very happy with them, they feel strong, the “Loop” locks off very well holding the tool, the length is great, the buckles hold solid, and the carabiners “Do up” very well, and also lock off nicely.

It's a well-built and durable lanyard that provides great safety and convenience. My husband especially likes the fact that it's interchangeable, so he can quickly and easily switch between different tools without having to detach the lanyard. It has a screw lock carabiner and twin locking attachments, which provides excellent safety.
