Makeup powder that gets cleaned off slowly settles to the bottom of the sponge in the case. Perfect little item! Larger than expected, which was a great surprise because I really needed to clean my blush brushes. Very easy and portable product to use. Exactly what I needed/wanted. And I love the fact that I can wash it out and reuse it. My shipment came with free little mesh brush keepers. You just slide the mesh up over the handle and it encloses the brush for transportation. I had seen this product on other sites and in different forms and was just really pleased to see that it was offered on its own. Definitely worth the purchase and saving drying time on washing out brushes. ....also saving my hand towels from shadow stains. Horrible hygiene, heaven forbid, but when I'm in a pinch that's what happens. I think I'll go buy some new handtowels now. The nice ones. ;)

This is a very good dupe for the Color Switch by VeraMona. I have tried this with different brushes (all had been used with different shadow colors) and it works very well.

So far, so good. Takes powder residue off brushes, but to tell u the truth, I cannot figure out why it's so expensive!! The material is like....dry rough foam, smooth, yet abrasive, if that makes sense. I just can't understand the cost. I'm sure if I looked farther, I could have found same thing much cheaper
