Volcom Men's Hybrid 21" Short

I've had several pairs of Volcom shorts over the years, mostly stickin' with the Frickin' Chino line. I saw these shorts at a great deal from a specific third-party seller(Swell) on Amazon(under $20), liked the khaki color(I was looking for relatively neutral colors) and the 4-way stretch material was something I decided to try this time. Great decision. I'm kind of in between waist sizes at an odd number, so I rounded up. That's what I'd recommend for anyone else. The stretchy material has some flexibility in the fit, it doesn't cut into you, and there are some belt loops if you want to dress it up. The pockets are pretty basic, but they have mesh panels inside in case you wanna go for a swim. So, you can wear these out for dinner, by the pool, or at the beach. Very comfortable. I'd definitely recommend them.

The media could not be loaded.  These shorts are awesome. I like the way they feel on my skin. They look classy, you could wear them to almost any informal events. Feels good in the water too. They are not baggy so your legs don’t come out looking smaller. And they have just the right strain of stretch. And they go with any kinds of tops. I don’t have anything bad to say about these shorts. Lightweight, comfy and classy.

These shorts are great. You can wear them anywhere. They are nice enough to wear to a restaurant during the summer and they are comfortable. They are stretch and look like dress pants/slacks. I wish they were a little cheaper but you get what you pay for with these babies. They feel like you could go for a run in them and they seem to breathe so you do not sweat in really hot weather. I have gone golfing in them and they are great! So, if you are willing to spend a little more $$ for a comfortable, athletic pair of pseudo dressy/casual shorts, I definitely recommend them!

Best shorts ever!!! I knock door to door in West Texas and I needed some shorts that are comfortable and keep me cool in the heat. Gotta say this is the best pair of shorts I've ever owned. You can wear them to work, go swimming, go skating or do whatever and they're super durable. I also like that they have a side pocket below the hip to put your phone in. I have always hated the feeling of my phone being in my front or back pocket. It always has a zipper pocket in the back pocket for stuff you don't wanna lose! Overall 5/5 Would marry these shorts if I could.

I have a hard time finding nice fitting shorts because i have athletic legs. I just received these new shorts and i can say they are made from a very nice material, they have a bit of stretch, which is nice. Perfect athletic fit - not baggy and not too tight. I wear XL and sometimes L depending on the shorts, size 38 fits perfectly. A very nice pair of shorts. I'll be buying more colors soon.

These shorts are my favorite ever! They are as light as a tissue and durable as ever. They also dry quickly. Need every pair asap

I would have liked the shorts to be a little longer. I have had a pair of Volcom swim shorts for 2+ years that are ~1" longer which are perfect. I expected these to be very similar but I probably should have taken a closer look at the specs. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

These are awesome shorts. Stumbled into a Volcom store by mistake while visiting The Big Island. I was simply looking for a belt for my pants and then saw these shorts and fell in love with the styling, material and fit. Bought 2 pair there and then when I got back to the mainland, wanted more. Thank God for the internet. My only criticism about the black shorts is that the color is more of a grey than a dark solid black.

Nice looking short, especially for a board/swim short. The lack of a drawstring means the waist has to fit perfectly, though. This meant finding a belt suitable for water.
