I gave up due to the fact that after endless messages the company made zero effort to reply or contact me in any way. I was completely ignored. As the song goes “go On, take the money and run”

Q: Is it fully waterproof?

Water resistant and the zippers are crap really expensive product for it to be defective 6 months later. When trying to contact the company via telephone via email was ignored. Made many attempts to contact company resulting in being completely ignored. They will take your money and run.
