Roboraptor

I bought Roboraptor for my 45 year old husband for Christmas. He's a Firmware Engineer, loves robots and robotics, and knew when I saw a picture of Roboraptor, that it would be a huge hit with him.I did my research, read all the reviews, watched all the youtube videos...and even though some reviewers felt that Roboraptor's appeal would wear off, I still knew it would be a very well received gift. I wasn't disappointed!My husband plays with Roboraptor a lot! He's been working out what surfaces he works best on, and had fun trying out the different behaviour modes and finding the hidden features.Personally, I love it when Roboraptor walks into something, you pick him up to give him more room, and he wriggles and growls like a mad puppy!!Awesome!

Having purchased a Roboraptor for my daughter it has generally lived up to expectations. It looks VERY good and it's movements are impresive. Sometimes when it is doing its own thing it does not seem that responsive to the controller, however giving the 'stop' command first fixes this.Do not use ordinary batteries for this machine as its performance is vastly improved by using top notch (2000+ mAh) NiMH rechargable batteries. The difference to the walking and general movements was very noticable it also allowed it to walk on more surfaces.I would recommend this product to anyone who is interested in robotics or just wants a cool looking interesting toy.

The toy is not amazing as you have to be very close to it in order to trigger the moves. The seller was top class and despite few inconvenient from my side the guy was always on point and happy to help, thanks.

The toy was purchased as an extra Christmas Present for my grandson. It wasn't new but it was in pristine condition as was the controller. It also had batteries. It was excellent value at £24 plus postage.My grandson was thrilled to receive it as a dinosaur fanatic and we all think it's a brilliant toy.

quando lo preso per mio figlio pensavo fosse molto più bello e visto il prezzo con molte funzioni, un pò deludente ma forse perchè sono un adulto per i piccoli e divertente...

Everything was on time, site was easy to understand and navigate. Gift has been received but not open yet although I am sure she will love and enjoy it.

Roboraptor,selbst Fabrikroboter haben das Laufen noch nicht so gut gelernt wie er, daher ist er sehr intelligent.Er ist eigentlich auch sehr süß, obwohl er ein Dino ist.Die Laufbewegungen wirken sehr echt und er kann auch ganz schön schnell laufen für einen Spielroboter.Roboraptor wackelt so schön beim Laufen und daher ist es sehr schön ihm zuzuschauen.Er reagiert ein wenig langsam auf die Fernbedienung.Er wirkt wie ein echtes Haustier und es macht mir Spaß mit ihm zu spielen.Wenn man ihm auf den Schwanz drückt brüllt er so lustig.Wenn man ihn kauft, muss man damit rechnen, dass bei intensivem Spielen die Akkus zweimal am Tag ausgetauscht werden müssen.Daher sollte man auf jeden Fall gute Akkus anstelle von Batterien verwenden.J.F.K7 Jahre alt
