Knockout paste for a perfect price
Saved My PC from Thermal Throttling!I don’t usually write reviews, but the ARCTIC MX-6 deserves some serious praise. For the past few months, my gaming PC had been running way hotter than normal, idling at 60°C and spiking into the 90s under moderate load. I suspected the old thermal paste had degraded, so I decided to give the MX-6 a try after seeing some solid benchmarks online.Immediate difference. After a quick clean and reapplication, my idle temps dropped to around 35°C, and full-load temps now stay in the low 70s. No more thermal throttling, no sudden shutdowns—just smooth, stable performance again. It honestly feels like I have a new rig. What I appreciate most:Easy to apply – the consistency is just right (not too runny, not too thick).Non-conductive – gave me peace of mind when applying near sensitive components. No burn-in time – saw improvements immediately after reassembly.Whether you're building new or reviving an older setup like I did, this stuff just works. Highly recommend it over the stock paste or any other pricey brand.

As if we need another brand of thermal paste.
Thermal paste is thermal paste. I have read all the exhaustive studies and just to get 1 or 2 degrees lower in temp is not worth all the fuss, price and exhaustive reviews. If any of the leading thermal paste product reduced the temps 15 or 20 degrees, that was be a different story. I started out ages ago when Arctic Silver was king of the thermal stuff. Just as long as you use thermal paste, it really doesn't make any difference what brand you buy. They are all about the same. This stuff is messy on anything it touches as all thermal paste is. I use alcohol 92% and acetone.

I love MX6! The absolute best thermal paste out there.
Not exaggerating even slightly, out of all the thermal pastes I have ever used, this stuff is the best, easily and concisely. Most recently I put it against Thermal Grizzly's Aeronaut, Kryonaut, Hydronaut (all excellent for their particular uses), Noctua's NT-H1 and NT-H2 (top 5 pastes) and Thermalright's TF7, TF9, and TFX (all garbage, Thermalright makes crap products when it comes to performance and consistency in every sense of the word), and a handful of other pastes I had on hand, and Arctic MX6 outdid them all in every way when it came to normal OC, non-specialized situations. It outlasts them all, has the fastest perceived RTA, and perfect consistency.I'm impressed considering I idle as low as 26c, peak at 66.9c, and loaded gaming I sit at around 41.3c when it's 4k 120hz max settings. Even dropping it down to 1080, it stays below 51c with a 5.2Ghz/120 watt OC on a 7800X3D. I put it on my RX 7900XTX Sapphire Nitro+ and it keeps the loaded hotspot temps down to 70c at 465 watts, and idle around 28c. It was good before, staying at max 73c, but everything helps. You can't beat this stuff at all, it except for the Kryosheet from TG, but that only beats it at longevity.Next time you need paste, get this and don't worry about it.
