Simply awesome
Everything I think I'll ever need for fettling and DIY projects. Parts are of superior build quality to the average sets around, case is really rugged and sturdy. Lid on the case can be split off from the other side via spring clips on the hinges, but they're more than sturdy enough not to fail or disconnect accidentally. Comes with a foam sheet to separate sockets top and bottom half of case which keeps the noise of them clattering about, and presumably might protect the sockets from clashing against each other. Biggest concern would be how long the ratchets last, but since I don't use them heavily/often enough to judge this I'll have to leave that for other reviewers to comment on.

Solid and good quality.
I've had a couple of cheaper sets in the past but the ratchets have always failed. Went for this one and the tools are a good weight and seem better quality than my previous ones. Have given the small ratchet a good amount of wear so far and it is working perfectly. The case is also tough and compact. Should cover all my DIY needs for the future.

Extremely Impressive
Extremely impressed with the quality of this set, definitely a long term piece of kit. Very solid design and case presentation. Great variety of sizes and all of an extremely high quality. Well worth investing.

The case is very good, nothing feels cheap
Bought this as my first socket set and I think I spent every penny well. The case is very good, nothing feels cheap. The tools are rock solid however there is a bit of play on the rachets but still feels great. I have a feeling these are going to last a very long time.

Seems to be the perfect car socket set
This had everything I was looking for: Nice fine tooth ratchets, all 6 point sockets, good selection of deep sockets (albeit no 18mm) to go with the wide range of shallow sockets, actually hinged instead of using a strip of plastic that would break, metal latches. Light enough to carry on a whim.Hopefully will last the test of time, but for now very happy with this.

Stanley still makes quality tools
superb, thankfully Stanley still makes quality tools, it was well worth paying a bit extra. it's not a huge set but there's everything I need, very pleased.
