My go-to coaching book
This is a slim, succinct but very practical and focussed reference book. It is so easy to consult to refresh your awareness of different coaching techniques, styles and questions just before a session. Highly recommended.

Fabulous reference for the qualified Life Coach.
As a qualified Life Coach I have found this book to be invaluable. It isn't the kind of book to sit down and read from cover to cover, however; it is a brilliant reference guide. When planning client consultations, there are tips and questions to offer suggestions on the ways in which you can conduct your consultations. We all have our own methods and coaching styles, this book offers a great support to any coach with numerous different questions built around the same point to make your clients think and also to ensure the client achieves the best that they can from their coach.I can see me using this for years to come, it was a reference text for my Advanced Life Coach diploma and a very useful one too.

A Useful resource for even the experienced coach.
Fundamental, but easily forgot techniques and skills are covered in this book making it one that I will go back to again and again; especially for challenging coaches.Several reviews of the book seemed to be put off by the mention of God. These in several chapters at the end, and even these have their uses - this coming from a long standing atheist like me.A good resource to have handy and refer to periodically.

This book gives developing coaches the confidence to practice
GROW is the most taught model of coaching. Therefore, this book is of particular use to students and new coaches. It is also handy for leaders who want to practice a coaching style of leadership. It gives a number of scenarios that can be made into resources and worksheets with a little imagination. Recommended.

Super coaching book
This is a FAB book. I'm a qualified coach but have been out of it for some years so needed a refresher. What I love about the book is that it's not full of fluff and fillers. It's succinct and easy to dip in and out of.Excellent for helping to improve the quality of your coaching questions but, more importantly, realising the reasoning behind the questions.

Questions reflexion
Good outline of questions layed-out in a simple and useful format of circumstances.Makes you think. Gives you insight. You may already know many of these, but it helps you expand your knowledge with other perspectives.Need to read slowly to gain full benefit. If your interested in hands on questions and an outline of different circumstances, it is a good buy.
