Deception! Completely inconsistent with the photos!
The photo shows two chains, gloves, glasses, an oil can, and a cleaning brush. The kit includes only one chain, no gloves, oil, brush, or glasses. The instructions are for a completely different device. It is unclear how to assemble it. The device does not look like the photos.

No gloves, no oil can , only one saw also not same as described product . Not good for value for money.

Hand chain saw
Initially received item without being in a box. It did come in a plastic container. It was not as described! I received only 1 chain instead of 2, also only one battery pack was working and rechargeable. Initially it worked for a whole 15 minutes. Then i had to recharge the battery and clean out the saw… i tried again, and was able to use it after several attempts until it got stuck again… while using please keep second hand atleast a foot away from saw as if it hits another branch it will jump up! It needs to be used cautiously as saw can be dangerous in the wrong hands. If you have small garden that needs a little pruning it might last long enough but otherwise save the money and buy proper chainsaw.

not for medium type of wood, it seems more for small tree branches only
it was weak, and I could not break the oven wood with it or create a cut even

And the product is not cutting any thing 😡, I need to return my money
