Reliable and good for you
I've purchased this product more times than I can count. So many people chug water and don't pay attention to electrolytes. I had trouble waking up with leg cramps at night until I started taking electrolytes regularly. I use this product for my daily hydration regardless of what I'm doing and ramp it up if I'm sweating a lot. I just had a complete blood workup and my electrolytes are perfect. When I travel I sometimes use other single serving product pouches but those brands often have hidden sugar that I work hard to avoid. Fasting Electrolytes is just electrolytes. It may be an acquired taste but I look forward to it. Cheers!

Worked excellent for 72 hour fast
I highly recommend this to anyone doing a fast. I am completing a 72 hour fast and taking this, I never even got a headache! This was perfect to use for my first fast. I even gave some to two other friends that loved it as well.

Good product, great customer service.
Overall great fasting supplement. It takes very little of the product and is easiest adjustable to make it less salty if needed. It dissolves easily in water. The customer service was even better. They were very responsive and quick to solve an issue we had which is greatly appreciated. Recommend this product if you are looking for a fasting electrolyte supplement.

Look more closely at the toxic "trace elements"!
I'm very disappointed in this product. It tastes bad, and my body tells me NO to drinking it. I was confused... Usually my body loves salty things and electrolytes. I looked closer at the ingredients. The "trace minerals" contains a huge amount of sulfur (bad taste), a really significant amount of lithium, not to mention other heavy metals like nickel, cobalt, bromine. The packaging goes on to say, in very small print, do not take if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any health conditions. These metals are serious, and can cause serious health problems. I'm surprised they are allowed to sell this. Take at your own risk.

A little goes a long way
Got this for my first fast. This stuff is very… mineral tasting. It’s buoy but jacked and tan. I would suggest a little goes a long way.

Good salts for fasting and electrolytes
I put a scoop of this in my water bottle when I'm working outside in Houston. Helps keep hydrated. I also use when doing 72 hour fasts

Helpful during a fast
I use this during fasts and it was very helpful. I do 86-hour fasts once a year, with 16:8 fasts the rest of the time. I drink a lot of water and this helps ensure I get what I need. Highly recommend.

Wrong magnesium for a fast!
I purchased this product to have enough electrolyte mineral support during my 100-hour fast. Unfortunately, this product acts like a laxative so it goes right through you. I was about halfway through my fast when I started taking this. I used the remainder of my previous electrolytes the first two days with no issues. Within 30 minutes of taking this, I was running to the bathroom. I compared the ingredients of the two electrolytes and found that this one used Magnesium citrate and the other used Magnesium glycinate at half the dose. With a little research, I discovered that Magnesium citrate is used as a laxative. To lower the laxative effects of Magnesium citrate, it is recommended that it be taken with food. How is one supposed to take this with food if they are fasting?! Even though it is called Fasting Electrolytes, I do not recommend this product to replace your electrolytes during a fast!
