MB Beginner's protein is good for someone who is starting out in taking protein supplements. However, it has it's drawbacks.Regarding flavors, have tried chocolate and magical mango flavor and both of them are really good. I prefer mixing it with milk. The milkshake is truly delicious.Initially, had ordered chocolate flavor and was pretty impressed to see that there was no sugar whatsoever. Then, ordered magical mango and my belief of it being completely healthy was shattered. It was written in bold letters on the packet "This product contains sucralose".Then, inspected the chocolate flavor packet and the same thing was mentioned, albeit in a much smaller font.So, this product contains sucralose which is a zero calorie artificial sweetener and it is 600 times sweeter than sugar. It can wreck havoc in our body by spiking insulin and blood sugar levels. It is also bad for our gut.Therefore, the MB 80% whey is a very good option since one gets 24g protein per 30g and also there are no additions like sucralose whatsoever. Beginners can take half the quantity initially in order to get used to it. Since, it is unflavored, we can add any flavor of our choice.So the conclusion is that one can try out this flavored product once and then switch over to the MB 80% whey product. But, consuming this flavored product continuously can pose a health risk and cause more harm to the body than being beneficial.
