I was recommended these when I had my lips tattooed because I was a cold sore sufferer, the process would encourage an outbreak as well as spread. So I took the for two weeks before the tattoo appointment two years ago and I’ve been taking them since. They have stopped any outbreaks when stressed or run down. They have also made microblading process easier because previously I would heal too fast and it wouldn’t take. Now I am a normal human being.

I keep on buying these as my boyfriend used to have cold soars quite frequently, especially when he was stressed. With the current situation I think most of us are a bit stressed and he hasn’t had any cold soars for almost a year since he starting taking these. They are big but a small price to pay for not having any issues.

If you're someone that has trouble swallowing big pills, this product is not for you. The pill size is massive. It's the size of 3 pills. How the hell am I supposed to swallow this?!?I can't comment on the product quality and I guess I never will because it's impossible for me to take this product without suffocating.

Everyone should have this on hand! When I feel a canker sore coming on, then I start taking these to stop it. As a side note, it is important to know that these are useful for canker sores and NOT cold sores. Cold sores are caused by a virus for which this vitamin will not help. Canker sores, however, are the non contagious and painful sores that you sometimes get inside your mouth or tongue. At the very first sign of a sore, I start taking 2 of these a day and they never ever progress into the full sores that are so painful that it hurts to even chew. I suppose you could take one a day as that is the recommended dosage. Choose your own dosage at your own risk. Either way, this vitamin is great and I am never without it!

These tablets might be very good but I won’t get to find out as way to big to swallow. I even broke them in half but still choked which was very scary. I’m not one for writing bad reviews but feel people need to know not to waste there money if they can’t swallow huge pills. I’ve tried cutting them into 4 but they just crumble so will have to find some other ones. Waste of money. 😐 sorry!

Questa è la seconda volta che compro questo prodotto. Ho iniziato a prendere le pasticche due mesi fa per curare la lesione al menisco. Devo dire che ora il ginocchio è migliorato molto.

packaging pratico da aprire ed eccellente qualità. Nonostante le dimensioni generose della pillola devo dire che è davvero semplice deglutirle grazie al rivestimento che le lubrifica. le consiglio!

Il prodotto era arrivato regolarmente ma riguardo alla sua funzionalità non saprei esprimermi perchè personalmente non saprei dire se mi ha apportato dei benefici oppure no....
