Live Rowing Concept 2 Cell Phone Holder and Connector Bundle

Does exactly what it should - the cradle holds my iPhone 6 (without removing phone from its case) and cable connects seamlessly. I prefer to use C2 app rather than Live Rowing app - but both seem to work ok.

I bought this cable so that I could sync my rows and also track my heart rate on the Apple Watch. In reality the app crashes regularly and the Apple Watch always display 79 bpm. I emailed support over a week ago and got no reply. This cable is useless and will be sent back. LiveRowing need to get the basics right before adding new features. If the app crashes mid-row I cannot just start again. Cable was tested on iPhone X and 11 Pro Max with an Apple Watch 5, all on the latest (non-beta) software releases

Problems connecting to start. Once connected it disconnected part way through a challenge. After resetting and restarting the challenge it crashed again on my last interval resulting in the loss of data.It's very power hungry, used over 30% of my phone battery in 30 mins use, it also appeared to overheat my phone when in use.I will give it a second chance, it the same problems persist I will returning it.

Have tried multiple apps all of which drop the connection and ask for a bluetooth connection, despite the cable being securely fastened. One look at app store feedback on the Live Rowing app probably tells you all you need to know. This product is seriously flawed and will leave purchasers dissppointed.

Until we got this... 2 people use our rowing machine and it always was difficult getting the second person connected to Bluetooth... now, we just connect and row. No more trying to fool around with connecting, disconnecting, going on airplane. So easy

The connector worked with my PM3 and my iPhone 6S flawlessly. The connection and syncing is very quick, no fussing required. The holder for the smartphone is a must. I started by updating my firmware from v.311 to v.315 because the vendor had emailed that advice before the connector arrived, and I think that must have been the reason things worked so smoothly. My only grouse is minor ... the connector can only be used if I remove the Mophie case from the iPhone, since it has to have access to the Lightning port on the iPhone.

La calidad del cable es muy aceptable. Lo uso con un PM5 y uso ErgData y a veces LiveRowing y va perfe. Estaba teniendo problemas de sincronismo con el bluetooth del PM5 así que este cable me ha mejorado mucho mis sesiones de remo.

J'ai acheté ce câble pour lier un moniteur PM4 Concept2 à mon smartphone (car ma nouvelle salle de sport a du matériel antediluvien).La connexion fonctionne parfaitement sur iOS avec l'application ErgData (je n'ai pas testé LiveRowing du fabricant) sur un moniteur PM4.Avec les moniteurs PM5 il y a de frequentes deconnexions, mais l'enregistrement final semble être complet.ATTENTION: il s'agit d'un câble "lightning", donc pas utilisable avec un smartphones Android.

I'm a newbie to rowing, so haven't had a whole lot of time to experience the product. However, it arrived quickly and it was easy to connect and start using. I have an iPhone X and it works just fine.
