Great for string bending !
Very surprised by the tone on these strings, I thought they'd be a bit quiet but no, they sound great on my Epiphone Prophecy. If you have a very low action on your guitar, you might need to raise it a little bit. They do feel very thin to the fingers at first, but in a few hours, you get the feel of them.If your into a lot of string bending, they are really good !

Love these strings. Easy play max expression Not for high frets though.
Really easy to play for hours and bends wildly, retains great tone, 5 guitars now fitted, intonation suffers if high frets though. Sire= 😒 Strat Flat fat frets = brilliant! 😉 Interested to see how long they last, but quality seems high!

Best ultra-light strings for stunt electric string-bending
My fella adores these strings. He plays a super-Strat and a Ibanez, and delights in bending strings by a full tone or more. These are lightweight enough to withstand that treatment - without immediately going out of tune. They're also well packaged, properly sealed and with silica gel, so if they stay on the shelf a while then they're not in any danger of going rusty...They're the best extra-lights we've found (previously, had to use banjo strings!)9/10

As Rev Willy quoted from BB King. "Why make yourself work so hard "
The media could not be loaded. Ok I was an 11s guy. "Gotta have thick strings for power.". Then I heard a vid of Rev Willy.where he shared a dressing room with BB King. Bb told him. When he tried Willys guitar"Yes nice but why you make urself work so hard "Willy asked for more and so BB told him.Long story short. They ARE RIGHTIOUS.Lovelly tone and sustain.great for bending etc. And so easy on fingers.Dont forget if you do as I did and step down from 11s or so. Set up your intonation.neck and pickups. You will find perfection .I have been using these for ages and a day. I do admit I use an 8 string instead of the 7. But the 7 is fine .i5s just my personal choice of guages.I rate these 7s/8s.and 9s. Sets. All awesome . 🤘

Recommended!
Gave these a try on a whim really, partly in the process of testing a whole range of new and unusual string sets in different gauges and materials. Thought they wouldn’t be so great but have ended up being pleasantly proven wrong. Recommended for anyone looking for a string with an easier/lighter feel, especially with bends, but which also provides surprisingly good durability and very warm tone which still seems to provide plenty cut in the mix. Can’t see any reason to go to the even lighter 7 gauge set since these 8s are more than easy enough on the fingers yet still provide that classic Gibbons tone wiTh ease. Recommended!

Why work harder?
These 0.07 strings changed my ideas about string gauge on electric guitars: no need to have thicker strings, these are just perfect and the tone is just comparable to any thicker set I had before even the most expensive. No problem whatsoever for setting up and intonation, they are very robust and they stay in tune (after pre-stretching) if coupled with decent machines (I have locking tuners). I'm totally sold, these are now my strings on all my electrics!

Like nothing I have ever played - felt like it transformed the guitar.
Excellent set of strings as you would expect from Dunlop. Felt like taking a cheap set of remoulded tires off my car and shoving a set of P Zeros on it.I have been thinking about going lightweight with my strings for a while and finally decided if I was going to try it I might as well go all the way! Fitted them on a Modern Player Telecaster and I'm finding them to be really easy to play with and have an excellent feeling - definitely make sure you pre-bend them as they will go waaaay out of tune very quickly otherwise, more so than heavier strings I have used previously.Perfect for me, however a friend of mine who I jam with regularly asked to try my Tele out to see how they feel and absolutely hated them - clearly it's a personal choice and I was lucky that it suited me - obviously not going to suit everyone!

Sweet!
I love these. They bend like putty and I hardly feel them. I don't lose any volume or tone and they allow incredibly fast fretwork. They are a little light for fast arpeggio work and sweep picking, but I always feel inspired when I use them. There have clean strong sounds, easily bent and are incredibly resilient to exceptional bending. I've been using this for a year now and have stocked up for another year's gigging and rehearsal in China (where they are pretty hard to find).
