Good colourful flowers.

Great germination rate and lovely flowrs
These were very easy to grow with a high germination rate. They grow to about 18" tall and have a lot of flowers if grown in a favourable location (see photo). A couple of tips based on my experience: - The snails love the young plants. I found it helpful to grow them indoors until they reach a reasonable size before planting out. - I planted seedling is various locations. The ones in full sun didn't do best - they tended to be smaller with fewer blooms. The best location I found was where they had sun in the morning and evening but were shaded during the middle of the day. Obviously you have to work with what you've got but it seems like they do best with some partial shade.

Some beautiful flowers
I haven't grown dahlia before, But I had a very good success rate still have half the packet left for next year. Some absolute beautiful flowers as I ordered a mixed pack. It's now October and I have dug up the tubers to replant next spring. Along with the rest of the pack of seeds.
