Accurate and useful DNA model for teaching and learning
A solid and accurate model of 1.2 turns of the DNA double helix. Quite expensive for one person to buy and use, but solid enough to stand up to multiple people handling it in a class! It comes in a solid plastic case, and most features of DNA such as number of H-bonds, major/minor grooves, handedness of helix, denaturation, replication, can be explained easily to a small group up to c. 12 people around a table given the size.
