AmeriColor, Egg Yellow, 75 Ounce Bottle, Soft Gel Paste Food Color

Excellent egg yolk color.

This is the perfect color if you are looking for a vibrant, bold yellow. I was doing princess dresses and I did not have to add anything to this to get the color I needed.

The color is really pretty. The squeeze bottle makes it easy to combine colors or monitor distribution. I do not notice a bitter taste. So far, so good!

I like that it's easy to use but a little goes a long way..

This color turned out perfect for the school colors for the gold tassels.

I use Americolor almost exclusively for my cake decorating. I can control how strong or subtle the colors are. It has worked well with buttercream, came batter, royal icing, and fondant!

VIVID color and a little goes a LONG way! I used this to color the homemade marshmallow fondant for my first Redskins themed pregnant cake (tip: color the marshmallows while they are still warm and before adding confectioner's sugar instead of kneading into plain white fondant). Will definitely be using again!!! Much better than Wilton...

Came out really good. Product came in the mail fast. Would purchase again. It is definitely an egg yellow color. Nice to get a different yellow from wilton's sun yellow.
