Pretty tasty but personally was better with Sriracha added. Lovely texture and good chew. The there's more than enough sauce per packet and it's very filling. Would buy again

I have ordered a 2nd box already one of four boxes arrived smashed. That was a bummer because you normally have five noodle “cakes”. I think it’s five. I still ate them but at this price, you get a pretty box and product. Most disappointed because I planned a food review on my YouTube channel. I didn’t show the product because I think almost everything arrived smashed is unusual. Great product. There wasn’t a single offensive flavor to me but I like some more than others.

I’ve been looking to re-buy these noodles again but they were out of stock. I enjoyed them so much the first time. But this time they were not good at all. Makes me wonder if the recipe changed. I feel like I remember a powder packet and then a sauce more the consistency of a thick soy sauce. But this only came with a very thick sauce. But maybe I’m remembering wrong because it has been several months since I ate the last of my previous pack.Taste was definitely not the same and not enjoyable. Box came with the tape cut but the noodles and sauce were still sealed so I wasn’t too worried. The noodles were partially broken up from their premade portions.Im so disappointed I wasted my money on this.

Updated review. My first order arrived damaged and Amazon said it wasn’t eligible for return/refund so I was pretty frustrated. What if Foods saw my review and reached out to make things right! The new package arrived over the weekend and they were delicious and the macros are awesome! My son and I both loved them and we just had them plain. We’ll definitely get more!

I love this product! Super easy and fast to cook ( literally a under 5 minutes), you can make different flavors using the sauces in the box or any other sauce you have at home. Whatever you do, the base noodles taste great. I once made a noodle soup that was delicious. Today I added the noodles to my stir fry ( picture attached)… and the fact that the product is made using regenerative farming is a big extra point for me.

These aren't the noodles I grew up with (cheap, high sodium). The bamnut and charcoal are our favorite flavors. Whether prepared in the microwave or stove top, we like them for lunch at work or for a light dinner.
