For the price this must be one of the best ems machines out there. I've recently had knee surgery and required the use of one of these machines to activate my VMO muscle (inner quad). My physio introduction me to a "compex" machine, but I found those too expensive so plumped for one of these. Nonetheless, the pre-set programs are great on this machine, and there are even two customisable programs should you need to do exercises while using the machine.Seemingly the only con of this machine vs. the more expensive Compex machines is that the maximum current is only 60mA (still quite powerful), whereas others can go all the way up to 1000 mA (so high my physio said it would tear the muscle off the bone!!). Still, 60mA is quite taxing for me & I'm an avid sportsperson.

Hubby waiting for a knee replacement, this has really helped him build up his leg muscles before his op. Great quality and price, he's really happy with the machine and its usability.

a really good product
A really good product. Lots of programs for specific muscle groups. Easy to use. I would recommend this for anyone that has maybe had an injury and needs to re develop their muscles

This is a very good & extremely simple piece of kit, does just what you expect. In my case I am trying to build up muscles after long term injury. Came very quickly.

This worked for 3 days, no sign the battery ...
This worked for 3 days, no sign the battery was going but it suddenly stopped working. Changed the battery and still no sign off life. The first 3 days it worked really well but it was much too early to tell if it would have made any difference to building muscle.
