Doesn't fit on the hands free imani breastpumps. I tried looking to see if anyone left a review to let people know and there has not been on so here is one haha. Other than that it's a great product for other hand free style pumps.

My Spectra came with flanges that were too big for me so I bought these and they fit my spectra perfectly

NOT compatible at ALL. It doesn't even have the stem that clicks into the hole of the battery! The design is terrible! You have to perfectly align this tiny hole to the top AND it has a massive hole on the bottom of the cup that SHOULD be covered with plastic. Save your money, don't buy this hunk of junk. Not at all like described and they won't let me return, replace OR get a refund. Absolutely AWFUL company AND product!!!

I get more milk from these than my wall Spectra. Once you get the hang of the parts, it’s pretty easy. Everything has to be lined up and sealed or it won’t suction.

Bought this to replace the old ones I had. Absolutely love the fact that I didn’t need to get rid of everything and buy a whole new one.

I ordered this to have a second set; whenever I'm being too lazy to wash the one I already had on hand.This is great. Silicone is nice and soft. Spout is a great size to pour the milk out once done. Holds up to 5-6oz each breast cup.My only complain is that once you remove the silicone to either wash or align the top cover correctly, the whole thing comes off and you then have to reinsert it again. Just a little time consuming, for me at least. Oh also, this did not fit my NaNaLazy pump. My husband had to alter (meaning cut with a blade) the space a little so the pump can stay one. Once that adjustments have been done it fit great.

Love these flange inserts! I needed something to help with pumping and these saved my journey.
