I have a sachet of these every day in my smoothie along with other powder supplements. I wouldn’t be without these. I feel like my tummy is so much more settled when I take these. If my tummy feels off, I don’t feel well, and these help me to feel well!

I suffer terribly with month long bouts of insane bloating and constipation. I thought I'd give these a try as nothing else has seemed to work and I was at the end of my tether. I have been taking them religiously every day for the past 2 weeks and after 2 days of taking them I had a proper bowel movement - hooray! I thought it might be a fluke as I seemed to be constipated again for two days after and I panicked but I stuck with it and after a week of taking them I have had a bowel movement every day without fail. My stomach is the flattest its been in years and I have lost inches on my waist. I believed I had put on weight and was anxious about it but now realise that it was literally just because I was so backed up for months. I am going to continue taking these every day for the next two weeks and then, to be honest, I will continue taking them for the forseeable future as I am scared to go back to the way I was. I will happily pay £17 a month forever if it means I have a flat stomach and no constipation!

I’m so happy and impressed with this probiotic. I was suffering with IBS and heartburn regularly and since taking one sachet every morning for the last 25 days I’ve had no episodes of IBS and only one episode of heartburn after a heavy meal!It’s also helped my bowel movements to be regular and eased hormonal related bowel changes I was experiencing at certain times of the month (ladies you’ll understand what I mean).The taste is very sweet but not unpleasant, mix well with water until dissolved and drink, easy!Highly recommend for overall improvement to digestive and bowel health. I’ve just ordered my next 30 sachets and intend to be a regular customer forever more! (No pun intended)

This has solved a problem that has been going on for 7 years. I’ve been constipated since 2012. I’ve had a flexible sigmoidoscopy, haematology/biochemistry blood tests, food intolerance test and lactose hydrogen breath test. The results were all negative.I was desperate to find a solution as I was living on laxatives on a daily basis. Until I found a nutritionist that recommended those.The directions state to take up to four sachets a day, I started taking two in the morning and two at night for a the first few days. Nothing happened. I then tried to take one in the morning on an empty stomach and one at night, and that’s when I saw miracles happening. My advice is to take two twice a day, instead of four. Also, if this product stops working after a few months, I was told to change the brand of the probiotics.

As a customer who has previously tried other products from the Optibac brand, I had higher expectations for their Bifido & Fibre probiotics. However, it fell short of delivering the effectiveness I was seeking. While it wasn't the worst product I've tried, it certainly didn't meet the standards set by other offerings from the brand. Additionally, I found it to be overpriced for the results it provided. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to the decision not to purchase it again in the future.

I was exploring laxatives after giving birth and a friend told me about these. They are the most natural version of a laxative, and I found that just using half a sachet a day was plenty for me. So make sure you adjust it to the correct amount for you. I'd really recommend them. There is a taste to them but I didn't mind it. :)
