Do you use this every night, or when you have had a bad night?

I'm sure you could use it every night, but I give it to my son when he has a bad spell with several nights poor sleep. He still has it occasionally and it works for him. Hope it works for you too.

Is this ok to use for toddlers to help them sleep through? Do you use the spray on pillows?

It says for use of all the family and on their website it states from 1 year old

Do you clean your teeth before taking the sleep remedy or after please?

Yes you brush your teeth first before you put the rescue remedy on your tongue.

If you use 4 drops a night how long does the 10 ml dropper last?

I don't know exactly but mine last for more than 10 weeks and it's effective!
