I’ve only been taking this for about a month now, but so far so good. I usually only strictly take liquid vitamins, so I’m trying this for the first time so we’ll see.

Amazing nutrition values! Just sad it has such crummy additional ingredients. I tried looking for them in the photos and product description but was unable to find anything until I received my order. Annoying. The price should have given it away. However, if you’re not too concerned with the ingredients then these are terrific! Especially since it’s just one pill a day.

Note: Contains iron, so NOT appropriate for 50+ women. Otherwise, good product with reasonable potency.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a great supplement for women in my opinion…it has everything you need including all the vitamins from vitamin A to Vitamin K! Then it has all the minerals, calcium as well as biotin, so you don’t need to take multiple supplements. Just one tablet and you are good for the day. So far I am liking it.

I got these for my ex-wife since she always says she’s not feeling very healthy. She appreciated the gesture, and although she said they don’t taste very good, she says she can feel a noticeable difference, albeit small, in her health and energy.
