Great ergo mouse for left handed people
I love this mouse, it’s very ergonomic and comfortable on your hand. I am left handed so it is a joy to being able to use a mouse that is specific to your hand. The buttons are big and comfortable to push, and the big base helps with the smooth movement.Great mouse for everybody who doesn’t want to get any wrist pain, carpal tunnel and enjoy ergonomic products to work.

Got this for my lefty wife
It’s a strange thing being married to someone who’s brain is miss wired and is left handed. She is always complaining about having to live in and navigate a right handed world. So in by an effort to ease her difficulties I got her this mouse made for lefty people and she says it’s a good mouse!

typical mouse, but for leftys
This is a decent quality, left handed, 3 button mouse with scroll wheel.A comparable right handed mouse would probably sell for less than half the price. There is a flaw though and of course ergonomics and feel are highly subjective butthe mouse wheel is positioned quite far forward making it awkward to manipulate it.It depends on how you grip the mouse; if you have the 'claw' grip (many do) it would bequite well placed, but if you have a 'relaxed' grip where you lay your fingers across the buttonsit might be less convenient. All in all its just a normal mouse for leftys, but it doesn't present any WOW factor. One thing that i *really* like about this mouse is that the left and right click buttons are safely contained on allsides which prevents accidental clicks when you push the mouse off to the side, so if you push it against a book orsomething else on your desk it doesn't produce an unwanted click.

Comfortable and easy to use
This design feels very natural and really fits nicely in your hand. I won't go back to a conventional mouse.

Doesn't fit a small hand
I have small hands, I'm 5'2" and have been trying to find an ergonomic left-handed mouse for 2 years with no success. I ordered the smallest left handed mouse, but my finders can't reach the scroll button. The right-handed model comes in 4 sizes, the left handed one only in 2 sizes. I wish manufacturers would produce products that fit a smaller person, so we could avoid repetitive stress problems from ill-fitting keyboards and mice.

Surprisingly mediocre coming from Goldtouch
I take my ergonomics very seriously, given that computing is my livelihood. After injuring my left arm some years ago (I'm left handed) I overhauled my entire setup, moving to a standing desk, a Tie Fighter keyboard, and a right-handed ergonomic mouse, the Wowpen Joy.Recently, I wondered if mousing right-handed was detracting from my enjoyment of PC gaming. After four years, my injuries are completely healed; I decided to poke around and see if there were any reasonably priced, left handed, ergonomic mice to be had. I was surprised to see that Goldtouch had just such a thing, and ordered one.The mouse is useable. It has a reasonable heft (one of my few complaints about the Wowpen is that it's too light) and fits relatively well in my palm. Goldtouch claims the design is one that does not pronate the wrist; I am not sure that I agree. It's certainly more comfortable than a normal mouse, but I find the design of the Wowpen superior.By far the worst aspect of this mouse is the placement of the wheel. It's too far forward and too shallow. I am constantly accidentally right and left clicking when I go for the wheel, and it's very annoying. It's also so far forward that I often find myself having to lift my hand to access it, which is unergonomic and frankly annoying.I am somewhat disappointed with this mouse, and I expected better from Goldtouch. Their keyboards are very well made and form the basis for the Tie Fighter keyboard design. But this mouse is useable at best. I wish the Wowpen OEM would make a left handed version - the "gripping a magic marker" design is outstanding, ergonomic, and comfortable.I may end up returning this mouse, spending the extra $20, and getting one of the vertical left handed mice instead.

Simple and Comfortable
This is a very simple mouse with only two buttons and a scroll wheel. However, it does have a very comfortable feel and is not as "different" as the Evoluent. It uses the standard mouse driver but won't switch the primary and secondary mouse buttons through Windows Control Panel settings. It is built in with the right as the primary but, as a right hander who likes to mouse with either hand, I like the left button to be the primary as on a standard right-hand mouse. Tech support claims that the standard settings would change it, but I could not get that to happen on two different PCs and I am fairly technical. There is no driver available from the maker but I found a free download called Mousemixer that makes it very simple to switch functionality with the click of an icon.

Finally a left hand mouse I liked
This is a very good left hand mouse, plugged in and worked right away on Win10. I would have liked if is was a bit bigger in size, but I am still happy as it is.
