Dummy/Fake Plastic Cigarette - Quit/Stop Smoking Aid

Was silliness on my part to buy these, but I got exactly what I was hoping for. I quit smoking many years ago, and while I haven't craved cigarettes since as long as I can remember, someone suggested to me recently that the deep breathing we do when inhaling cigarettes may have something to do with the calming effect they have. I think that's absurd of course, because we're inhaling smoke and toxins... but it got me to thinking of a plastic cigarette much like these that my mom had many moons ago. If I were to have one of these today, to play with :), I would be doing some deep HEALTHY breathing while using it. I now keep it on my desk, and do exactly that with it. Deep breathing. Deep breathing I otherwise wouldn't be doing. Yeah, a bit ridiculous... but hey :). It tastes kinda good, the flavor is lasting months now actually, and it ain't nothing I'm going to be getting addicted to, for certain. Even if I did, so what. If you're buying it to replace cigarettes and as a quit smoking aid, I'd suggest cinnamon sticks instead. They helped me break a 20 year 2 and half pack a day habit. These might help, but it ain't nuthin like smoking. Cinnamon has some bite to it that I read satisfies the tar and nicotine cravings a bit.

Don't waste your money on this. It does not come close to simulating a cigarette - not in any way at all. Not only does it taste awful, it's just sucking air thru a tube with no resistance.

Like the weight and the flavor of both cigarettes. Don't care much for the flat mouth piece, but they do help with your hand an mouth habit wile inside or working an help you cut down on amount you smoke.

These are okay, when I first used them I took out both stoppers and puffed, it was just like using a straw, no resistance so I put the bottom stopper back in and adjusted till I got the kind of resistance I was looking for. Both flavors are good, and with the stoppers in not too over powering

Great pacifier for nicotine craving! I was surprised at how well these things work for me. These have no nicotine and aren't vaping devices. They're basically hollow tubes with a small cotton filter inside which contains the flavor extract. I think they're economical, too, because, although it says to throw them away after the flavor disappears, you can remove the top and add a couple of drops of flavor extract of your choice.

Bought these because I occasionally get the craving for a cigarette. I've been smoke-free for 30 years but once in a while, I just want a cigarette to suck on. Thought these would do the trick. The taste is a little weird but that I could have gotten used to. What ruins it for me is there is no "resistance" when you suck in, it's just like sucking on a straw. Plus when I smoked I didn't use a cigarette holder so I can't get on with that plastic feeling in my mouth. I guess for me it's not an oral fixation, this cigarette craving, but something more. If nothing else, I did find that out about my cigarette habit, it never was an oral fixation, it was something far more dangerous and unhealthy.

I quit smoking 7 months ago and resorted to vaping instead. I received these a week ago and stopped vaping. The butt is removable with a flavored cotton type filter inside. I put a few drops of flavored spearmint oil on it and snap the end piece back on when it needs refreshing. Works great for me as just a cessation device. Don't expect anything else. It's exactly what it claims to be, A FAKE CIGARETTE!

Would prefer to give a negative star rating but that is not an option . Total waste of money all you get is 2 empty plastic tubes !!! Would have returned them but threw packaging away by mistake.
