This is the only bone supplement that I will used. I’ve been a Higher Nature customer since the early 1990’s as am very happy with this product. Recent research hints that this combination does not help humans but I’ve been dairy-free for decades and have a very strong skeletal structure.My weekend work on a farm (extremely hard physical work) calls for coping with both high shock-loads and extended durations of high intensity aerobic activity. Were there any defects in my bones after 45 years of this work, then I’d be in a wheelchair by now.

Let's face it, no matter how diligent we are in eating the right foods none of us can be sure we are receiving the correct amount of nutrients because it depends on the quality of the soil, etc. It is so good therefore to have a backup that can add to our daily intake to help healthy bones.

You have to take 3 large tablets a day which is a bit annoying but they do seem to work well & have a lot of the things a woman in her 40s needs- calcium, magnesium, Vit D, C etc. I do notice my hair & nails are stronger when I take these.

Contains soya,would not have purchased if had known as have an allergy,list of ingredients could have been more comprehensive

These go down well. Many years of using calcium tablets and then stopping again. These seem to be what my body wants.
