These tools are solid and good quality. Typical of the Stanley brand. Worth purchasing a stone wet or oil with a honing gauge and a wooden mallet.

Brilliant door chisels.
As a carpenter I need good chisels for hanging doors. These did not disappoint. Dressed the chisels by flattening the backs off then sharpening on diamond stones which didn’t take long at all.Razor sharp and hold their edge. Brilliant chisels.

A bit to expensive but they’re nice. Maybe finish of handles will be area of concern going forward.

Great chisels. Beautifully made.However, shame for the deep machining marks.. Took me quite a few hours before I could use them to remove them and sharpen them properly.Other than that, great product!

Stunning set
I rarely like spending money on tools but my husband hinted he really wanted these and being a carpenter I wanted to find a decent set. This is a beautiful set, can't fault it. He's been using it for over 3months and doesn't need sharpening yet. Brilliant
