Delivery was about three weaks, but was in the estimated time quoted, so cant complain.The mic is well contructed and audio reports are good and solid results, and the price is great, if I had to be a little picky, the cable is thick and not as flexible as it could be, and the mic is almost as big as the radio, but as they only cost £2.65 ( when I purchased them ) you really cant complain. a good product.

A 5-star product let down by its documentation. No problem setting up the two radios and ordinary use, but the manual frequently mentions configurable items including Squelch, Vox and Scan without giving any or sufficient information about how to configure them. "Programmatically"? How? For ordinary use, great units, very happy, good build quality. But why do manufacturers put all that effort into good hardware only to drop the ball on the last necessary item?

Item received promptly, however did NOT work upon receipt (BAOFENG 28-020-112 Speaker), I repaired it; had to re-solder both speaker wire and PTT switch - i.e. two faults in one unit, easy for me to do, but not for others that don't know how to fix - in summary mine was faulty, TWICE faulty, but once fixed good performance for the very low price. Ask me for tips if you get a failed unit and you have a soldering iron.. I'll show you where mine failed upon delivery..UPDATE: supplier sent a full refund - without prompt, I guess based on this review, awesome service.Hope this was a one-off bad unit, and supplier checks their stock.

This unit is cloned and sold as for Midland 42 CB radio but this is the second handset I've ordered and both DO NOT work with the unit (but is recommended on Amazon) On closer inspection the set up of the plugs are different to the Midland configuration which results in an open circuit once inserted into the CB unit making it impossible to listen as the mike is always on open broadcast no matter how the hand switch is pressed. Summary Avoid, its cheap poorly made and a rip off but on the plus side the Midland 42 CB radio is superb

Was working absolutely fine until I dropped it on a hard surface and the internal speaker glue dislodge the speaker from the inside easyfix opened it up put silicone sealant on the back of a speaker to prevent it from moving again and reglued the speaker position think it sounds a lot better now as well maybe just a bozebo effect. Still a great speaker I have a icom mic/speaker which I think I paid 50 quid for so for this was excellent value for money and is a lot larger in the hand.

The build quality reflects the price. On its first day the cable has swparated from the base of the plug and is only being held with the joint.The sound quality is a bit worse then what you get oj your radios and the mic is so muffled it makes me question why even use it.Its usable. But thats about it really.
