no, BUT I have a trick. I get a teaspoon of fruit jam and add the DLPA to it and flatten it out with my tongue, being careful not to inhale it. You just want to get it in you and if you try mixing it, it will take all day. (most will stick to the sides of the glass) It doesn't taste that badly and I heard simple sugars help push amino acids into their places. I also take a B6 and a vitamin C with it and don't eat (any protein) for at least 45 minutes.

Not sure what you mean, idk what the half life is - but if you take it in the morning it will definitely help you get going for the day. Shares some of the same neurotransmitter pathways as coffee. And if you take it in the morning, it won't mess up your sleep at night. Hope that helps

374 mg in a quarter teaspoon. For me, it worked well to put a little less than half a teaspoon in my coffee with coconut oil. The powder binds to the oil and I just ate it off the top. It also works well to mix it with jam or honey, as simple sugars help transport it. Avoid protein for 30 minutes or so...After you feel the energy boost kick in, then have your protein.
