Has definitely eased night time breathing.
Have been trialling these with my husband for a month now. Both of us are smokers and as a result suffer chest problems. Having read how smokers suffer from a lack of this vitamin, I decided to give it a try, and I'm glad we did. It has helped with breathing at night,which is when we take them. I shall definitely be buying more when we run out! If you're having trouble with your lungs,give this a try,it really helps us.
