My old headset died so I figured this would be a low cost replacement. I wasn't expecting very much but the sound quality is just as good as my old $70 headset and I don't have to worry about the cord getting in the way. The microphone didn't work when I got it and I didn't really mind that and I wasn't going to send it back or anything but the company reached out asking that I let them know If I had any issues or questions with the product. I told them that the mic didn't work and they sent a new one free of charge that arrived within 2 days. Decent product and amazing customer support 10/10

I use these headphones with the dongle and my desktop computer for watching. videos. The sound was good and blocked most background noise. I also pair them with my phone using bluetooth. The microphone worked well with no echo, allowing hands free conversations. I liked them so much, I bought a second pair to use with my TV. Why the one star rating? The cheap plastic headband broke on both headphones after 2-3 months use. I would not recommend these headphones for that reason.

IT WORKS! I use this basically every day! The microphone works great. It can go between Bluetooth and Dongle (USB port) modes, which is very convenient. My laptop's mic went out and I could not speak for a lot of my meetings. Getting these headphones solved my communication problem. Plus...NO LINE! You do need to charge it every once in a while since they will die. Its a USB-C charger. There is an option for a line on the headphones, but I did not see it in my box. Nonetheless, this was the absolute best purchase of my life! You can adjust the volume very easily. I've had this for 5 months with no complaints. I would definitely recommend purchasing this. (College student approved!)

so this headset for what it is, is a great don't get me wrong the product feels like a pair of astro a10s but for half the price speakers aren't bad sounding either my complaint on this is zero software support and their website doesn't even show this headset so you can't download any supported drivers for it the headset is stuck in stereo theres no 5.1 or 7.1 support even digitally through windows so if you use dts or windows sonic sound you can't for this headset or you just can't hear aspects of the game your playing you have to play this in stereo setting or you don't hear half the game. ultimately i tested the mic it sounds like a normal headset mic would bluetooth capable for 35.00 this is a great beginner headset and or replacement to a higher more expensive one if your on a budget i think i would still suggest the somic headsets over this one though even though this one flawlessly changes from 2.4ghz to 5.0 bluetooth with ease and no you can't use both at the same time sadly again another thing i don't understand why manufactures can't figure out how to get both to work at the same time when it's two completely different bands but all and all this isn't a bad product and as stated before if your using it for non fps gaming i would suggest the product for fps games your going to want something with 5.1 or 7.1 surround however and this sounded horrible when playing mw2 campaign i couldn't tell where anyone was coming from and couldn't even imagine trying to play multiplayer with these again i would opt for the somic headset instead at that point or a10's or theres a few other brands i've tested that are out there for the same price

I didn't have high expectations when I bought it, I just needed something cheap that worked and these seemed to fit the bill, but I gotta say I've been impressed. Sound quality is good, the Bluetooth delay is barely noticeable, and I've had no issues connecting it with any of my various devices (though I've only used Bluetooth & wired jack; I haven't had reason to try the dongle connection yet.)
