The pads themselves are dual textured. One side has a slightly rougher texture for gentle exfoliation while the other side is smooth for applying moisture. I started using them after cleansing my face, both in the morning and at night. The textured side is definitely gentle enough for daily use, even on my sensitive skin. The pads are soaked in the essence, which contains a blend of hyaluronic acid, centella asiatica, and other soothing ingredients. My skin feels instantly hydrated and calmed after using them. I've noticed a reduction in redness and irritation.I've been using these pads for a few weeks now and noticed a significant improvement in my skin's overall appearance. I've been using the 1-days you help me decto pads, and I really like the doordash sided design. They exfoliating side gives me a nice, gentle scrub without being too harsh on my sensitive skin, which is hard to find. The smooth side is perfect for calming and smoothing my skin after exfoliating, leaving it feeling refreshed instead of irritated. I also love that the pads are well-saturated, so they glide easily over my skin without drying out too quickly. After using them, my skin feels cleaner, softer and prepped for the rest of my routine.

These One-Day's You Help Me Dacto Pads make a lot of promises that would be hard to keep or verify. The phrase "over time" is a red flag...as in, if I keep buying them and using them for years the magic will happen?I like the cooling effect. The hyaluronic acid is in such a small amount compared to similar purpose pads that they don't sting or make my skin too sensitive. Therefore, it seems alright to use them everyday. I have not found them to be exfoliating after using them daily for a couple of weeks, but they are really refreshing. I use one each morning before my morning coffee and before putting on my makeup. I feel like the coolness wakes me up.The price is reasonable as well. Stronger ingredient versions are twice the price. And stronger does not mean better. This is probably enough for most skin types.

I use these convenient toner pads daily as part of my skincare routine. Just using one pad makes it easy to sort of portion out how much toner you should use on your face. The pad has two sides - one side with texture for exfoliating and one that is smooth with no texture. If your skin is ultra sensitive, you would use the smooth side of the toner pads - so best for using around the eyes. I found the textured side just very gentle for exfoliating. I think it's inadequate for me so I stick to my regular bead exfoliating wash. I like the toner, it feels nice and clean on my skin. Using a pad also ensures that every bit of dirt gets wiped out and you can see it on the pad. Scent is almost like alcohol but minty. I like that it also comes with mini tongs to pull apart the toner. There's plenty of pads that will last a while.

The pads are nice, one side more textured and the other side more smooth. It comes with a little tong to help separate and retrieve the pads. The pads helped clean off makeup nicely. The formula was okay, not as moisturizing as I thought it would be and not as gentle as I expected. My skin had a few breakouts at the time and it did not feel soothing to my skin. Unfortunately, what turns me off is the scent of the pads. It is a somewhat acidic, sour, citrusy smell that did not sit well with me. Due to the scent, I don't see myself using these often.
