This keeps me happy, and stable. It has improved the quality of my life with seemingly no limits. Reduced stress, therefore my blood pressure is down. The magnesium has given me the best sleep in the last 15 years, I've gone from 4 to 6 hours a night to 8. I'm taking one at 06:00 and one at 14:00... If I miss one I'm a raging mess lol. Have this one subscription - it's a life saver for me :)

I was recommended these. I was taking as a supplement in support of weight loss and didn't expect to see or feel any other benefits but I have to say my mental clarity is so much clearer, sleep pattern improved. When my 1st bottle of these ran out was when I really noticed how good they had made me feel. This is my 2nd order of this item and I will be continuing to take them. Very impressed.

Fantastic mood support supplement really works

This is a good product but for anyone looking to use these for mood/anxiety during the day time I wouldn't recommend since these include valerian and caused me too much fatigue/brain fog. So I'd definitely opt for a brand without valerian included.

I don’t normally write reviews, but felt it was important given 5-htp may help people manage their mental health. I am peri-menopausal and been suffering with very bad anxiety and low mood, which in turn has lead to very horrific insomnia (night after night of no sleep). Never suffered with anxiety or insomnia until I hit peri-menopause. I have started HRT (Bioidentical due to family history of cancer) but is not the silver bullet I had hoped for and been told it could take six to nine months for my body to adjust. I did try an SSRI antidepressant, but I had a very bad reaction so now all SSRIs are not an option. So I started looking at alternatives tried many natural supplements, but none have worked like 5-HTTP.I started on 50ml 3 times a day (different brand at first). I saw some improvement, but it was small. After two weeks I moved up to 2 x 50ml and 1 x 100ml a day and this is when my sleep started to improve. It didn’t get better over night, but slowly it is improving. I am definitely more positive and smiling more. Then last week I move up to 1x50ml and 2x100ml and suddenly I was sleeping up to five hours solid. My anxiety is also reduced. It is not gone completely, but much more manageable.The challenge with 5-htp is they don’t last as long in your system as pharmaceutical ADs do and they are expensive compared to a prescribed meds by your GP. However, I have had no nasty side effects at all.It is still early days (on week 4) but I am so happy with the results as I was in a horrible place.

I usually only buy two brands of supplements and this is one. I found I slept slightly better and mood was also slightly better (I do get mood swings so that could be it). But there were too many added ingredients in this brand, two being maltodextrin and bulking agents - the other brand I normally get only has three added natural ingredients. Also these capsules upset my stomach (the direction do say take with food if this happens). So when the bottle is finished, I think I will stick to my other brand.

When I take this tablet I’ve a long night sleep! Excellent!

I don’t have any idea what is in this and my doctor told me not to take it., but I did and I regretted it.
