Product Description ------------------- MRC Classic Chinese Glaze seasoning is a must for barbecue fanatics, home cooks, foodies and butchers. The chinese spices create an awesome flavour blend that works as a BBQ marinade for meat. The star anise, cinnamon and ginger Chinese spice blend can also be used as a spice for cooking vegetables, whether in the oven or on the BBQ! MRC produce delicious glazes, coaters, rubs, sauces, seasonings and marinades that are inspired by flavours all over the world. For over 30 years we've been making our own products to traditional recipes using only the best ingredients, resulting in a range of products that add flavours to all kinds of meat, poultry and fish. We make our products for butchers and food manufacturers plus, for the domestic cook there’s our range of Flava-it branded products. We are a privately owned family run company and very proud of our heritage. Founded in 1976 by Roy Dixon, it is now Roy’s son Gary who heads up the business.
