Q: Hello. i have this cream (great stuff !) but i can't manage to get the pump to lock back down for traveling. any suggestions would be welcome. thanks

Hi it should just twist anti - clockwise and anti clockwise to lock and unlock - unless you have a faulty one (which has happened to me)

It is a lovely light moisturiser, definitely lighter than palmers.

It does not really say anything about sulphates. It only states 'suitable for sensitive skin'
