And as promised, they will contact the factory to improve the quality of the jewelry box. My updated review is for the 5 star customer service and the guarantee that they will stand behind to ensure their customers are happy.The overall quality looks nice from the outside. After I opened the box, the inside quality is a disappointment. From the picture, you'd think the inside is kind of like velvet kind of soft fabric, but NO, it feels like paper, hard paper that is about the rip apart.The slots for rings and earrings are the most disappointing part. The slots are uneven. It's not that obvious in the picture, but they are very noticeable if you at them physically. The foams are also hard. And the design is bad. For rings, they are doing an okay job. For earrings, some of my smaller earrings popped back up.The dividers on the second layer are movable.For $28.99, I am honestly expecting something with better quality. At least should match the quality of attracting outside. You are getting the quality of something from Walmart that would probably cost $12.99I am not going to go through the trouble of returning, because the ring/earring slots are roomy to store my earrings, but am I happy with the product itself? No!

This jewelry box was a Christmas Gift for my granddaughter. All young girls have a collection of rings, bracelets, watches and ear rings. The was a perfect gift for her with the different compartments and a place to keep her necklaces from getting tangled. Outstanding.

I just love this box! It is sturdy and the outside is very nice! The partitions below are not so sturdy as they move about but it is a beautiful box and I just love it. The color is just what I expected. It is a great item to give as a gift as well! I love, love. love this jewelry box!

I bought this to use as a memory box. I am putting letters and cards from my mom inside it, who recently passed away. She loved the color purple. I love that the pieces underneath could easily be removed. For my purpose it is wonderful and everyone in my family loves it.

I was hesitant to buy this item after seeing some of the reviews, but I wanted a hard jewelry case that could hold an earring collection for travel so I took a chance. I am glad I did. This case does everything I need it to do. It may not be the highest quality, but the price is right and it was super functional for what I needed.
