Excellent reading!
The book is a great summary of Michael J. Sydor experience in deploying and operating APM technologies. It takes you through the different options, configurations, processes (including known issues) of what it takes to make it right according to his experience. It is a big book (lots of information) but I find you can skip to the parts you are interested in.I didnt like the fact that diagrams aren't in color, sometimes it is impossible to discern because of all shades of grey looks the same. Also I was hoping to see more defined processes or integrations with ITSM. Something like 'onboard process', etc. I was a bit dissapointed in the way the processes were described as they are key to ensuring value generation.
