Great Starting Point For Your Sim
Really happy with this cockpit. The build quality is excellent—it’s sturdy and well-made, and once it's fully put together, it weighs around 100 lbs. It’s very customizable too, which is perfect if you’re planning to build out your own sim setup. Assembly took a bit of time, but nothing too crazy. Highly recommend if you're into simming.

Flight simulator
This was purchased strictly for use as a flight simulator. It is constructed of all metal parts with instructions that were easy to follow. It does take a while to construct and is not a two hour project. This is a complete package with all tools and hardware needed. When sitting in the seat it has a solid feel and all accessories are within easy reach. If your investing in a "flight simulator cockpit" this is a one time purchase and the best you can get.

Great, sturdy and comfortable.
This is a great seat! I've put countless hours into it for DCS, War Thunder and Star Citizen.I did end up replacing the foam in the seat cushion but overall, this is a great buy. I opted to add caster wheels so I could easily move it around for cleaning as it's a fair bit heavy but the build quality is great.

Nice product but…
First off: the quality of the NLR Boeing Military Edition flight sim cockpit is very nice. As many others have stated: there are multiple ways to configure your setup. It took me about 3 hours to build it (would have only taken about two but I was trying to figure out the configuration I wanted to go with). All-in-all I really like the quality here….but with that being said here’s my wishes for the future of this product:First of all, others stated the seat is not comfortable. True statement! I have been using the lumbar cushion that comes with it to help with the seat comfort. It makes a big difference! The back is verrry hard….bottom cushion is a bit better but still firm. The setup itself needs more options for height adjustments for left, right on stick quadrants. My stick has extensions for precision….I need to make modifications in order to use the extensions because the height is too high. The left and right quadrants I want higher….sooo…making modifications to get those up higher for me. Thank god I have a 3D printer. This is great for a basic setup folks….but if you want something customizable for what you want….either figure out how you want to mod it after spending $800 before taxes….or find something else that works for what you want. It’s not a bad cockpit by any means. Very sturdy….just wish the maker would have given more height options for stick, throttle and mouse quadrants. I enjoy tinkering and playing with 3D printer stuff. There are free prints available to buy or print yourself if you want more customization. Seatbelts are a bit meh….even my 14 year old said “looks like a car seat buckle”…..yup….maybe cheaper. Soooo….take this review as you’d like. If you want a sturdy basic setup and don’t want to tinker……this will do the job for sure. If you want something customized to your standards: build a cockpit yourself or spend a little less time making this into what you want it to be.

Perfect for Flight Sim!
I got this for my husband to use when he plays flight sim on his computer. It was relatively easy to follow the instructions and put together. It’s comfy and makes it easier for him to use his different controls while he plays. I also love how it’s easy to move around if you also get the casters (sold separately).

Customization is key!
This is working great for my VR flight sim setup. I would caution, however, if you're a larger person getting in and out of this thing is a bit of a hassle. True the main stalk leans forward which helps but being able to lean forward or sideways enough to latch it is near impossible. I used the buttkicker adapter that comes with the kit to mount a small chain to. I ran this up to the yoke stalk where it connects to a large velcro strap. Now when I move the seat forward or backward the stalk moves with it. I simply move the seat forward to get in/out then move it back to pull the stalk toward me. If it needs tightening that is what the velcro is for. Now outside of that, this thing is super customizable. It comes with many different pieces for your throttle, keyboard, yoke, flight stick, etc. I have a HOTAS Warthog setup on the sides and a Honeycomb Alpha yoke on the stalk. I did add a short piece of 1x4 wood to give the yoke clamps a little something more to grab onto underneath. My Logitech Pro Peddles easily mount to the peddle mount using some extra screws I had. I have yet to try it with my steering wheel setup but there's no reason it wouldn't work. Lastly, and again probably because I'm a little heavy, the seat isn't the most comfortable thing to sit in. I'm good for a couple hours then I need to move. Still, I highly recommend it.

Is it needed...nope. Is it awesome...yep
Took me about 2hrs to assemble, thats just taking my time, and taking breaks. Instructions are straight forward, I didnt need to watch a video or consult youtube. Comes with many options for attaching HOTAS and other items as needed. This thing is solid. It's a little pricy, but if you are into flight sims, or space sims, I highly recommend "Next Level Racing Flight Simulator Cockpit: Boeing Military Edition". This was probably the best packaged item I have ever recieved, each piece was bubble wrapped and protected. This item is not fragile by any means and I have seen glass items not even packed as good as this. I have been wanting to build a home cockpit since my kids were little, they are grown and gone...now the building begins.

Perfect for what I needed
I was looking for a good solution to get all of my peripherals off of my desk and this did the trick. I did not use the seat belts as I didn't want to look like a complete nerd but they looked like they were of high quality. It took about 2 hours while doing other things around the house at the same time. This is perfect for VR gaming as well as with screens. I was able to tuck it in a corner next to my computer desk so that I could use it without having to move it. It does have rubber feet on the bottom but you can adjust them so that it will slide on carpet if you need to. There were enough included pieces that I was able to MacGyver a way to mount all of my peripherals without making any extra purchases.
