The product it self is perfect, but the software for it needs improvements. There idea of a sunrise simulation is funny, apparently the sun rises in under 2 minutes and you can't control that duration. If they were to add sunrise duration as a setting I think it would be a 4 star product. It did crush on me twice, and I had to unplug it and plug it back in, so fixing that issue would make it a 5 star product. Again, I think it's all bad software.

This really helps me sleep. The sounds of rain makes my husband pass out in five minutes!! I really like the smart alarm and the different, gentle sounds and light you can use to wake up. I'm glad I bought this

When it will connect to the app & the Wifi, the Sleepace nox is great.I bought it in January of 2018 & it no longer will connect to anything. Not sure if the app is malfunctioning or if it’s the clock.

Stopped connecting to my WiFi after 5 months, rendering it unusable. Contacted customer service and no reply. Not worth the money.

Love love love this sleep device as I'm getting older my sleep has really suffered, but since receiving the Sleepace Sleep Aid the improvement is amazing and I'm waking up feeling a lot more refreshed ready for the day, also there was an added bonus at this time they as giving away the Sleepace Sleep Headphones which I was going to buy, I was so excited waiting for this to arrive and I not disappointed, the company is amazing and will help you with any questions, because of this I will buy from them again, I'm thinking great presents for Family and Friends.

I purchased the smart sleep for my fiancé for Christmas and have been very disappointed. The display lights have already burned out making it difficult to see what time it is and the sleep sound is on a loop so every few minutes it cuts out (this actually makes it more difficult to sleep than if it wasn't being used).

Overly complicated and won’t work at all if your WiFi router is in another room. When the sound turned on, the speaker made an abrupt popping sound. Barn product, returned for the Warkit alarm for a fraction of the price.

Returning this item for several reasons.1) Only works with 2.4g wifi2) Mobile app as well as printed instructions have typos and are unclear3) Power cord does not plug in flush, it's loose and has a wide, noticeable gap4) Product arrived with fully intact packaging but already scuffed inside!Extremely disappointed. I can see how the scuffs might be a case of bad luck. But the instructions, power port, and wifi compatibility are a huge deal, and a massive miss. Didn't even get it to work because I'd rather spend my time returning it for a different item than to set up an additional 2.4g network.
