The colors would have been beautiful had they all stayed in one spot however either to the placement of how they were packaged in their container or no protective box when they sent it to the shipper it arrived broken and unusable. You can't blame Amazon for this because the manufacturer should have put it in a different container to start with.

First one I received one of the eyeshadow was destroyed idk how but it must have happened during shipping it is wrapped in bubble wrap but it come in the flimsy envelope Amazon has. I had to do a return on that and they sent me another one and this one the red eyeshadow was broken but not as much that the color is every where it can be fixed other than that I love the pallet it self

These are two different deliveries. I ordered the first it came next day and as soon as I opened the package I could tell some of them were broken, I ordered a replacement and same exact thing. I thought I’d try opening one to see if it was usable and the colors started popping out. It made a terrible mess everywhere! Unfortunately I had to go into a store to get a similar pallet because I didn’t want to have to return any other products.

I bought this for my daughter as play makeup but after using it, turns out it has really good pigment and I use it too.

The colors are vibrant and last all day! However my pallet was broken during shipping

Product broke within shipping, peeled off the bubble wrap and it was covered in broken glitter dust, seal is still in tact. Not worth the money to drive to ups to return it ☹️*** edit to add: I purchased another one, same thing it arrived with broken colors. Ordered the same product colors and both arrived unsealed and covered in dust with several non usable colors. They don't even look like the same color palette. I will not be ordering again.

I originally bought this as a gift for my niece who is really into makeup, but when it arrived one of the colors was completely busted; they did offer to replace it right away though. I used this one time and the colors work very well, they go on easily and look good. I am in no way a makeup artist and only do a little bit every once in a while, just a disclaimer.

The colors are beautiful but when it arrived, multiple colors were broken into dust and spread all over the other colors. When I went to return the first one the seller was quick to replace it! However the second one also turned up broken like the first one.
