PUSH HARD FOR INSERTIONS (Otherwise amazing value)
FIRST OFF: IT SOUNDS STRANGE BUT PUSH HARD INTO PORTS. I thought HDMI and USBC charge pass thru did not work, but just had to give it a good push. It has not required repeat force.All of the ports work and my old micro sd that I use as a test for readers (it’s borderline corrupt) was read no problem. The pass thru usb-c charging is nice and actually works, which is usually what the ones without external power fail on. I can gain battery while doing slide presentations, or hold/barely losewhen using it for gaming or music production.It’s the value of a $40 product for $17. I hope it holds up, because it’s a very strong start

Does not interface with my laptop at all (2021MacBook Air) But Perhaps I ordered the inccorect one for our setup.Product description says it should work, but it don't fit ports on this Mac.Make sure that you order (and receive) the correct adapter for your computer. I'd return it but I tossed the box - so it is what it is. I'll order something else for this, this part will go to the trash can pretty soon.Not happy, but life goes on.* Update, Jan 22 2025 -I decided not to return this, and instead use a USB port adapter to interface with my MacBook. A package of 4 total (2x each) was inexpensive enough, plus it might be handy to have some of these in my laptop bag for spares.So I'm using the USB port adapter, then going to this hub. It works perfect, and no issues reported. HDMI out functions with our TV as a display also.
