Almost exactly like OEM, just aluminum
Looks precisely like OEM and fits just as well, otherwise I'd upload a photo or two. However, the only difference is that's aluminum, where the OEM plate is steel. Not a big deal, and it works fine as a slide cover plate.

Great plate, no screws
Perfectly machined plate/cover, very well made. Before purchasing I searched the listing for information on whether it comes with the screws. I could not find the information anywhere, so I took a chance. It does not. Please either update the listing to include “screws not included” or charge two bucks more and include them.
