My wife has been using this weighted blanket every single day for the past couple of weeks, and it seems to be making a real difference. While I'm not sure about the scientific research, her restless legs haven't bothered her even once since she started using it, which is fantastic.The blanket itself is also very cozy and comfortable to use. The only thing to note is that if you're close to 6 feet tall, you might find it a little on the smaller side in terms of coverage. Overall, we're very happy with this purchase and the positive impact it seems to be having.

The material is really soft. I love that when I need my hot pad for pain this blanket keeps it right where I need it. I originally wanted it for restless leg syndrome but I realized I am going to have to get use to it. My legs don’t like being confined when I have an episode. I still love the comfort it brings. It feels like you are being held or tucked in.

I love this mygrand daughter has one spent the night and used it fell asleep in minutes hers is 15 lbs lbs they go by your weight mine is 20lbs had no idea it was used to help with sleep but to me it works ithink I would keep it away from dogs that lik,e to roll blankets in to balls to sleep as it has glass beads in it and they could rip it and eat the beads

I went with the chart to pick the size/weight and my only complaint is I feel the recommendation was a bit off - I really wish I had gone up a size larger with the same weight. Otherwise, this has been a big help with restless legs at night. I have rarely been able to sleep so soundly. I just wish it were not so warm, as the summer heat is hitting and I finally had to give in and put this away until fall.

I purchased this for a family member who has traumatic brain injury to help calm them at night and have better sleep. It worked from the 1st night and she has slept the night through. Prior to the purchase of the blanket she was waking up 4 times each night having to use the restroom. She sleeps so soundly now and wakes up refreshed. I'm thinking of getting another one for her to use during the day just to help with anxiety.

Comfortable and made of soft fabric. Amazing quality and design. Perfect amount of weight. Would definitely buy again.

I like it but I wish it had a cover so if it gets dirty. Other than that it is made of good quality
