Brilliant tool but can’t get replacement parts for it

The actual product is good!! The wire broke after - week but the replacement ones that came with it are to short so had to buy correct length ones.

Cheese wire fitted broker after a few uses. Replacement wires were too small and standard 5.7 wires are too long for the product

The screw does not hold the wire tightly to cut, the thread is not good and positioning is not flexible. I use the "board" as a board or to put hot pans on instead.

Even is not slice cheese block

I purchased this cheese cutter mainly for hard cheese such as extra old cheddar. Works great. Also cut a block of butter without any difficulty. It is solidly built and comes with extra cutting wires.Clean-up is easy using a stream of hot water from a tap.

Goes through cheese like melted butter. Extra wire was included. I buy Cabot bars and this sliced like butter! The second use was a little different only because the wire didn't want to go into the groove exactly so there was a slight snap. It still worked okay so unless the third and fourth time gets worse I will happily keep it.
