Stowaway Scissors

Love this for those annoying strings, and rogue nose, ear and beard hairs.This is a handy item from Klecker and yes, functional.

I bought these as part of a set of edc tools just to keep in my backpack They cut but the mechanism is different than standard scissors so it takes a little “finger” adjusting to make them work. Also i bought the end caps separately to cover the ring connection only to find that some if the tools were supplied with caps already and some were not. Those supplied with the end caps were set up to use on tools which swing out such as the knife The separate caps are not made the same and so interfere with the operation.For tiny tools, these can do some big stuff but it would be nice to have all the accessories consistent and universal, and to know for which tool caps are already supplied

It's a very well made product, but can only make small cuts into paper (maybe a cm long)...even had some trouble cutting the plastic wire that holds price tags, but I eventually got it.I originally got it for my KeySmart... and well the thickness is just right, the width at the scissor end doesn't quite make it fit the way I want it to.

I wanted to like this product. I put it on a Keyport pivot and forgot about it for awhile. I had tested it on paper prior to installing it and it worked ok. I needed to cut a piece of twine one day and it wouldn’t do it. A thin piece of cotton twine! I can’t recommend this product. I was hoping for Swiss Army knife scissors, this isn’t it.

Should have taken other's advice. Doesn't cut a damn thing and feels like a prototype...

Not quite as useful as I was hoping but they are still adept at trimming small threads or starting a tear

Blades are uncomfortable to cut with and they are a little thin but it works so I guess I can't fault it too much because its supposed to be thin fitting in the keybar but it's hard to use
