Smart plugs make life smarter
Bought this for my new home. Even without Amazon Dot or Google mini, I found this plug is very useful in my bedroom. Northern California room temperature is cold in winter. I use a small heater in my bedroom to avoid wasting the energy to heat up the whole house. I use also the heating pad to keep my feet warm in dark cold night. Also I have a massager to my bad neck and shoulder. I always charge my iPhone 6s at night since the battery is losing capacity quickly. I have iPad as well as rechargeable charger, etc.. This smart plug is perfect to charge power to all my devices and gadgets. I like the remote control function to the heating pad and the heater, saved me to buy a timer. Always warm enough to stay in my bedroom. I haven’t tested the WiFi to turn on and off devices yet. I’m sure it’ll be good if I can turn on and off lights even when I’m in other countries.

Not alexa friendly
Wouldn't find Wi-Fi, wouldn't find alexa does not stay tuned on. Shut off randomly, giving to recycle bin

Broke within 3 months
Broke after less than 3 months of use. A circuit burnt out and there is no way to reset it.

I didn’t have this product very long and it quite working, I was lost with my Alex not being able run my appliances for a week!

Unit will power on and off intermittently
Unit worked very well for the 13 months. Not long after, the unit started turning on and off every when in use. I checked for a firmware update (up to date) and tried just using the app, still continued to turn on and off on its own. When it worked, it was a great device.

I like these hook up Amazon fire, Roku, Apple TV and just tell Alexa to turn them on when I need and the auto switch HDMI WORKS WELL
