The product not working. Need replacement or refund
Not working after installation and usage of 2 days. It worked after installation for two days only and know its not working. It is requested to replace the item or refund my amount

Good light
This one a really good light for your drawing room if you don't want to install multiple lights. Alexa works well, Google assistant works well. You get a remote and works with Smart Lite app.The first product that I received was defectice but the customer support team was awesome. Replacement was quick through Amazon.I think we should give these start ups a chance as the same lights with same features from Philips and other brand would cost you 20k.

Excellent light for true ceiling
This works even if you don't have a false ceiling. Works nicely, zero complaints. Cost is high but worth it.

Lot of features. I didn't use all those. If you just need 30w led, it's overpriced. Excellent after sale support also available.

Just doesn’t work!!
The media could not be loaded. The light was a disaster. After wiring and setting it up, figured that the light keeps hanging if you choose certain Color combinations. Then I have to reset it and start over again. Subsequently figured if I choose a particular scene (sunflower), it just dies. If I use Alexa and choose a Color it shows some other random Color. You can see the flicker that happens every 15s in the above video.Finally from the manufacturers own app, the Color doesn’t change if I choose a shade.I spend 3 hours trying to get it sorted. Atrocious quality for 3799/-

Could be better
At first the product looks extremely good and looks nice once installed. However there are consistent problems with wifi connections stopping constantly, lights getting disconnected from network and starts blinking and once in a while just plans to switch off and on automatically. There is no way documented on how to reach out to customer care of arcnics. Not surr what will do when we need help or support. Will not recomment.
