This did the trick. I like it how Ford has a built in key maker under the cupholder. You may not have know this until now! I found out after years of owning my truck. If you peel back the rubber bottom you'll see a slot. This is your key copier! My only gripe is that my truck is limited by Ford to only have 4 keys max. I couldn't find a way to make a 5th and my internet research confirmed that a person is limited to 4. I find this to be silly and arbitrary. I would have make 8 keys if it let me. You just never know when you're going to lose one.

I got this to program myself using the two original keys. It took a few tries but was easy once i got it just try different positions for the key. There is a nicely done video on youtube on how to do it. Fob seems to work great so far all functions work and it starts vehicle. seems well made and heavy duty. i will update this if it fails.

Key rattles when shaked with and without key clip inserted. Looks to have a different board inside than the factory key fob. Battery Looks to be a different size and fob will have to be split open to replace battery if needed in future. I was not able to program it using my two factory key fobs and the backup slot in my 2023 f150. Left key if factory right key is this aftermarket item.

The media could not be loaded. When programming , need two admin keys, on new key step hold the start/stop “push to start” for 2-3 seconds.

Took this Ford fob for 2021 F250 to Batteries plus Bulbs and they programed it for $85 no problem.Initially took this fob to a Ford dealership service department to program. Ford Dealer said it was bad and would not program. Pretty sure the Ford guys just refuse to program a fob unless you buy their $240 one with Ford emblem and pay them hundreds $ more to program and cut the glove box key.I bought this one and have it programed for less than $140 but still need to cut the glove box key.

Watched the 2 minute video and programed the key in 1 minute. You will need two working keys to program the new key yourself. Works great. 2022 Ford F150 King Ranch.

I didn’t lose my fobs but I wanted an extra one to keep at home in case I do lose one. This one was pretty easy to program and now it works perfectly. I would recommend it.

You have to take it to a locksmith and have them laser cut the key and program it from inside the truck hooked to the OBD2 port. Only have it working a day so no long term view in it.

Programming was easy on my 2021 F150.
