I love how compact this mop is! A great value for the price. Just make sure the foam is warm. If it’s cold & dry (also read as hard), it doesn’t work as well. But that aside, it’s a great product. Not necessary to get the “as seen on tv” brand.

Heads dry out after use, which leaves them hard and needing to be soaked for 15 minutes under running water and squeezed out repeatedly to become usable, so the tool becomes the task. Purchased two of these as replacement heads were not available—just to have a few of those on hand. Turns out these spare heads also dried out in their plastic bags stored in a closet—and adding insult to injury, were two inches short. Same product, different size heads? As if these annoyances weren’t enough, good luck getting the head off the mop when it’s time to change it. The thing refuses to slide off the way it slid on—something in this mechanism designed by a chimpanzee keeps it locked onto the mop head. A waste of time and money. Into the garbage they went—mops heads, and frustration.

This mop is ok. It will have to due since I cannot find a good pvc mop anywhere. It is hard to squeeze the water out and folds up wierd when doing so

I REALLY liked this product until it was time to replace the sponge... While the first one was not easy to get into the plastic mop head the second one would not align no matter what I tried... I worked on it for 2 days, no luck...I finally measured and the refill was 2 inches shorter than frame...I would recommend it, just make sure the replacement fits...DDD

Easy to assemble is only thing I liked

I have been using PVA or PVC mops for 25 years. Different brands come & go, but they all work the same..not this. First the instructions besides being hard to read were not the best. I put it together and let if soak for a few minutes (no mention of that on instructions but these types are hard until soaked). I tried to wring it so it would be just damp or slightly damp to mop...no way does this wring out. I thought maybe I was wrong & tried to use it, my floor was so wet it looked like I used a hose on it. I had to get towels to dry it some, many towels for a small area. The mop did not pick up dirt, it is not effective, it is a piece of junk. I do not write negative reviews but this mop is so bad, others should know before they buy. I would have given it zero stars if I could. I cannot believe anyone would sell this junk!
